Meditation - is easier than people imagine. In just a few minutes, I can show you how easy it is to move into this state. It's not rocket science, and everyone has the ability to do it. It doesn't matter if you have ADHD and your mind is racing at 100 miles an hour. If you want to, you can learn it.
Mindfulness - just stop for a second. See how much you have. Literally just 100 years ago, most people in our region had nothing to eat. Feel the here and now. Together, we will show you that there is much to be grateful for.
Breathing – what a joke! It turns out that due to lifestyle changes (sitting on your ass and not moving), our bodies are oxygen-deprived. It's as if someone said that we can't even breathe properly. Without breathing, it's hard to saturate the body with life energy. There are a few cool methods that are worth knowing. I'll help you get the hang of them. Your stress levels will drop, and your outlook on the world will change.
Communication - once you understand that everyone you talk to is a person who has been programmed in some way, you will be able to see that program, and you won't let it upset you. Realizing that we were all born as cute little pooping machines gives you a sense of peace.
Manifestation is not magic, but a way of programming yourself to see what is good for you. Look! Let's do a little experiment. You must not imagine a giraffe now. You must NOT do it. Come on - a giraffe is exactly what you are NOT supposed to think about right now. Yes, I'm talking about not thinking about a giraffe. Think of something else. Just not a giraffe.

Your mind has no knowledge of the word “no.” It does not distinguish between whether something happened in the past or is happening now. So your thoughts create your present. There is a cool movie called FOCUS with Will Smith. Check it out, it explains how you can program/manifest. I will teach you how to program your thoughts so that you can reach your goal. First, we will figure out what you want and what you don't want.
Programming – everything you unconsciously absorbed in childhood comes through in adult life. There are many psychologists and therapies based on exploring childhood trauma, such as Hellinger's therapy or Carl Jung's shadow work. If I had to name the person who, in my opinion, best explains childhood programming, I would say Gabor Mate without hesitation.
